Our Mission
Making Libya Investable for the World
InvestLibya is the primary investment facilitation and promotion body for the Libyan market. Our mandate is to attract, enable, and retain high-quality foreign direct investment across Libya's diversified economy.
Between 2021 and 2025, Libya approved 1,016 investment projects with a total value exceeding 101 billion Libyan Dinars across 52 cities. We are building on this momentum to position Libya as the Mediterranean's next major investment destination.
We work in partnership with the National Oil Corporation (NOC), the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA), the Misrata Free Zone, and international financial institutions including the African Development Bank and World Bank.
